Golf Team Finishes Second in OEC; Paul Gomez is Player of the Year
The Chargers earned a second-place finish at the Orange Empire Conference championship, and Cypress College’s Paul Gomez was named the OEC Player of the Year. Gomez posted a total of 666 strokes through nine events, for an average of 74.0.
Gomez was also a 2012 All-Orange Empire Conference selection.
With those tournament results, the team moves on to the Southern California Regionals.
